Die-cutting and shaping

Surface membranes and logo signs, as well as one and double-sided tapes also from roll to roll are cut and shaped with machines that are designed for die cutting large quantities and production series. Shape accuracy +/- 0.10 mm.

Surface membranes, IMD/IML and insulation membranes are embossed into the desired shape with special tools and, if necessary, by using heat so that the product keeps its shape better.
